The objectives of Pensamento Tropical are to :
- Encourage contemporary artistic creation.
- Produce the creation of new shows by the dezeo ito company.
- Develop intercultural exchanges between Brazilian and international artists, through laboratories that explore new formats of creation / production / distribution.
- Represent international companies within Brazilian networks of distribution (festivals, theaters ...) and Brazilian companies within international networks.
- Organize, in its art center La Villa Verte, national and international artist residences that offer the opportunity to disconnect from over-communication and reconnect with an organic and immediate temporality.
- Organize retreats and seminars in the heart of the Brazilian Atlantic forest, allowing our guests to know each other through a series of activities related to well-being: yoga, meditation, coaching, walking, beaching, organic gardening, visit of cocoa plantations... and visits to cocoa plantations…
- Preserve the environment and to promote sustainable development: Pensamento Tropical owns a property of 24 hectares, (comma) including 15 hectares of natural forest, three rivers, a waterfall, and an exceptionally rich fauna and flora.
- Facilitate links with the neighboring community through the exchange of information and know-how in the fields of arts and environmental education.
