Car transportation from the Pensamento Tropical art center to Itacaré (center):

You will be asked a contribution of 10 reales for transportation from the art center to Itacaré if the car is scheduled to travel (30 reales if it is not scheduled to travel and you order it for yourself).

Coming by road ...

- From Salvador: Take the ferry from the Sao Joaquim terminal to Bom despacho and then the take BA-001 to Itacare - Matinha.

- From Ilheus: Take the BA-001 until the Itacare roundabout (at the police station), and then turn right towards Camamu, Drive 8 km and turn right at the Matinha road sign.

- Taxi fees:

• 120.00 reales réals from Ilheus airport to Pensamento Tropical.

• 40 réals reales from Itacaré (center) to Pensamento Tropical.

Coming by plane ...

- From Brazil: various take a flights from Sao Paulo, Rio, or Brasilia ... to Ilhéus.

- From Europe and the USA, you can fly from to Salvador International Airport and then take a connection to Ilheus.
